Mr. Mansyur's first acquaintance with the Hotel Industry was as a student at the Sahid Hotel & Tourism Academy, graduating from the program in 1985. Immediately after graduation, he was employed on board "Holland America Lines" in the F&B Service Department, continued with other assignments aboard various other European and American Cruise Lines (Carnival Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, Norwegian Capricorn Line) - all in the F&B operations until year 2000.

Post year 2000, Mr. Mansyur took up his first Academic posting as Instructor in the F&B Service Department at the Hotel & Cruise Ship Training Center "Le Roi De Soleil", followed with his current stint as Head of Instructors for The Cruiseship Division of FOCUS Maritime & Cruiseship Training Center.
