| Purpose of Course | To train students in the concepts, principles and techniques of launch and take charge of a Survival Craft or Rescue Boat in emergency situations, in accordance withSection A-VI/2 of the STCW Code |
| Course Aims | This course aims to meet the mandatory minimum requirements for seafarers for launch and take charge of a survival craft or rescue boat in emergency situations, in accordance with Section A-VI/2 of the STCW Code. |
| Admission Requirements | For admission to the course, seafarers must be certified by a doctor to be in good health. They must also have completed the basic safety training courses in accordance with Regulation VI/1 of STCW 1995. |
| Resource & Facilities | •Theory will be run at FOCUS Maritime Training Center’s Classrooms Duta Mas Fatmawati Complex Block B2 No. 34-35
