FOCUS

In tandem with the need to upgrade the quality of Global Maritime Education
and Training Programs for international standardization, FOCUS and GUPITA
have formed a partnership in the form of a consortium named GUPITA-FOCUS Maritime
Excellence, or GF-MAREX, which is also being supported by IMO Consultants
: Prof. Dr. Malek Pourzanjani dan Dr. MA Aziz, who have agreed to form a joint
cooperation with GF-MAREX to help push for the programs'recognition worldwide.

The joint
cooperation has been realized through the signing of a Memorandum Of
Understanding (MOU) at the Hilton Hotel, Jakarta on May 11, 2001, with
the following signatories : |

The purpose of the Consortium (GF-MAREX) formation is to broaden the scope of marketing and promotional activities of FOCUS and GUPITA in the international world for their Global Maritime Education and Training Programmes offered by the aforementioned companies in Jakarta, Indonesia. |
