Since 1987, Mr. Hadipuspito has dedicated his professional life in the field of Education as part of the Management Team of his own Educational Institution under the auspices of the Bina Nusantara Foundation which carries out both Secondary (Binus High School) and Tertiary Education focusing on Information Technology at the University of Bina Nusantara - the largest privately owned IT-based University in Indonesia with 20,000 enrolled students. In addition, he is currently active on the Board of Trustees of the Bina Nusantara Foundation.

Mr. Hadipuspito's total commitment to the world of Education and development of Indonesian Human Resources has prompted him to set up another technical /human resource development school under the management of FOCUS Bina Mandiri Foundation starting year 2000.

The aforementioned foundation manages FOCUS Training Center - an independent Educational Institution with primary emphasis on educating and training the young generation of Indonesia for ready employment upon graduation in the following fields: Information Technology, Maritime, Hotel & Floating Hotel. The establishment of FOCUS Training Center has been based on market demand for personnel in the Information Technology, Maritime, and Hotel & Floating Hotel industries.

The scope of the foundation activities has spread even further with the formation of another FOCUS Technical School, situated in the city of Cilegon, offering a 2-year educational programs for high school graduates in Information Technology, Computerized Accounting, Secretarial Management and Hotel & Floating Hotel Management.

It has been Mr. Hadipuspito life-long commitment to continually develop Indonesian Human Resources by improving the quality of education and professional training of the young generation of Indonesia through his own University - University of Bina Nusantara - and FOCUS Training Center.

Organizationally, Mr. Hadipuspito is active in a Maritime Organization by holding a positiion as the Secretary General of the Indonesian Maritime Education and Training Association (APPMI) since its inception in year 2000.

Mr. Hadipuspito is also actively involved in Seminars and Workshops on Maritime Affairs, such as, participation in the IMO - TOT Model Course 6.09 in Jakarta, Seminar and Workshop on IMO Training For Trainers Course in Examination and Certification of Seafarers (STCW 1978, Later on Amended into STCW 1995), and the SBN Workshop on Quality Standard System in its relations to ISO 9002, incuding IMO's ISM (International Safety Management) Code, taken also in Jakarta, Indonesia.
